A full-time Director of Health & Wellness and part-time Registered Nurse Case Manager oversee the care of each resident. We designed BrightStar Senior Living to feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe – like home. It starts with our smaller footprint and thoughtful floor plan that recreates the intimate setting of a private residence and includes purposeful design features that optimize function. The atmosphere is enhanced with premium furnishings and decor. We specially designed the 2nd floor to cater to the additional needs of residents with Memory Care challenges.

Our high manager-to-resident ratio allows each community’s leadership team to give unmatched levels of personalized attention to residents and their families. Also, while most communities meet with families on an annual basis, our leadership teams provide families detailed feedback about their loved ones at least every 90 days during our Care Connection Meetings. It’s part of our promise to deliver a higher standard.
